    Hi

    I have recently started using Mailpoet 3 to send out a Daily Digest of new posts on our website. We have approximately 200 people registered, of which 160 have confirmed their subscription.

    Of the 40 who have not yet confirmed, one person has told me thay have registered twice and not received a confirmation message. I can’t find any way to see if the message was actually sent and I have received no bounces.

    Can anybody tell me how I check if these messages have been sent? They don’t appear on the WP Mail Log, presumably because I am using the Mailpoet sending service.

    On top of this, I am getting lots of users claiming that they never actually received a confirmation email, yet they are showing as subscribed.

    Is there some kind of issue with subscriptions?
