How Do I Send A Copy of a Voucher to a Secondary Email Address Automatically?

    Hi,

    We sell products via our website for attractions etc. as vouchers. Currently we manually send a copy of the vouchers sold to each company at the end of the week after downloading the database and separating out each company.

    Is it possible to email the company who the voucher belongs to a copy of the generated voucher code when purchased by a customer for them to keep for their records and tick verify against the customers? Or is there a way to generate all codes beforehand and then send them to the company which are then allocated as they are sold?

    Plugins or methods welcome! Thanks for any help!

    Hi there!

    I imagine you’d like to send an additional email informing the companies which you’re selling vouchers for.

    With WooCommerce Advanced Notifications https://woocommerce.com/products/advanced-notifications/ it is possible to send such emails, although it also depends whether you’d like to include the voucher itself (not just the name of the customer) and what kind of setup are you using to sell vouchers.

    Are those default coupons or you have a separate plugin for that?

    We’d like the email to include the generated voucher code as well as the name of the customer for them to verify against?

    We aren’t using separate plugins.

    Hi there,

    Can you please explain how are vouchers generated on your site and how do you sell them?

    Are they attached to a product or those are separate products, and how did you set that up?
