How do I send review invitations manually

I finally got the plugin to work… test reminders are working.

I have enabled the Enable Manual Reminders option in the plugin settings, but for the life of me I cannot find where one actually sends a manual reminder.

The settings page says “Manual reminders can be sent for completed orders from Orders page after enabling this option.” but there is no such option in the Orders page. The Orders table now contains a “Review Reminder” column, but this is blank / empty / white space for every order (including completed ones).

Am I missing something…
