How do I set quantity for membership level?

On the membership levels page where you get to select the plan you want (eg one week, one month, etc), there is only the option to select or renew if enabled by custom code. Suppose I want to be able to select let’s say a one day membership, but I want to set the quantity as well. eg I may want to have a 3 day membership so I want to select one day membership but quantity 3. How do I achieve this, bearing in mind that the correct expiry date has to be set accordingly?
I am aware that WooCommerce has that option by default and I can integrate the two but I want to stick to only using pmpro.

PMPro does not work like a shopping cart
With PMPro, a user can buy one membership at a time; what you are describing is not possible with default PMPro.Your idea may be possible but would require custom development as we don’t have a native code that can do this. You may post to jobs.wordpress.net or contact a local WordPress developer for assistance in adding this functionality.
