How do I set up "Click an icon to log in:" only (no form option)?

    I want to remove the form for Email, Name, and Website — making it mandatory for commenter to login with a valid social network account.

    That site is hosted on WordPress.com, and as such, uses the same comment form as yours. You might see different options depending on where you’re logged in (on WordPress.com, on your self-hosted site’s account, or logged out from all your accounts).
