How do I set up this type of shipping?

    Hi,
    I am completely baffled. How do I set up this kind of shipping on my wordpress
    site?

    I have about 4 different USPS First Class & USPS Priority Mail shipping rates that I normally charge and I would also like to offer 5 different types of shipping lead-times (custom order lead-times)
    (I would like to assign which product gets which size, then the customer can select their shipping service in the cart)

    Rates for USPS First Class:
    a. $3.75
    b. $4.75
    c. $6.50
    d. Local Pickup for 64079

    Rates for USPS Priority Mail
    a. Padded Envelope $6.80
    b. Small Box $6.80
    c. Medium Box $13.45
    d. Large Box $18.75

    Shipping lead-times (Custom Order Lead Times)
    a. Next Business Day – Ready to SHIP
    b. 3-5 Business Days
    c. 1-2 weeks
    d. 2-3 weeks
    e. 4-10 weeks

    Do I need to create three different shipping classes? What after that?
    I just need a little guidance.
