How do I show more than 55 custom post types in a sitemap.xml file

Hi There Yoasters!
I have over 133 custom post exercise videos I would like to try to get better indexed by Google. Yoast Sitemaps is generating a xml file with 55 of these videos but is not including those other ones.
I have try turning off yoast sitemaps abd saving the posts as draft/then republishing but nothing is fixing it.
Could you please point me in the right direction to try fix this.

Thanks for sharing those URLs. One thing they have in common is that you have set custom canonical URLs for those CPTs in the advanced tab of the Yoast SEO meta box. Please ensure the canonical URL field is empty.
For instance, this post does not have a trailing slash, but the canonical URL output has a trailing slash:
