How do I sort Items in product categories by this order

This sorting is not possible because you cannot sort by multiple meta keys at once. You could however add a shortcode/new area above your category archives (in the template perhaps) to pull and render some featured products before the main loop. That might be a better solution since you can control the appearance separately etc.

Thats not a category archive, that is the search results page.

I know that too mate. But how do I add featured products to that? Is there a woocommerce search results page or do I have to add it to wordpress results page?

You can add conditional code there to only apply to certain places.

You’d have to be getting featured products with a get_posts() query, then you can pass the ‘s’ arg with the search terms.
