    I’ve been importing orders and it has been emailing customers saying their order is complete, even though the order was already complete and from months ago. How do I stop this?

    We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you had to face. Normally, the plugin does not send emails to customers during order import. 

    To replicate your environment, could you please share your system status log via support?

    Yes it does. its a big issue
