How do I Submit a form?

Hi – I am new to google docs and need a plugin that will export a contact form input into google sheets. it seems like this plugin should work but I can not figure out how to submit a form from “contact form 7” into it.
i have it enabled in the options of contact form db but still nothing shows up
what am i missing?
