How do I transfer/export to a free WordPress blog?

I missed the payment to renew my domain name on godaddy but my hosting is still being paid so I have access to the ftp section of my self-hosted godaddy account. I am trying to transfer or export the posts from the ftp section or back section of my godaddy to the new free WordPress blog site I just set up but I have the slightest idea, can someone please help?
