I requested a new host to migrate my website from the old one; they replied they were unable to login to my wordpress dashboard due to Japanese character captcha. They asked to turn it off—how do I do that? I appreciate if anyone could help me on this. Thank you.

Whatever it is, it’s provided by a plugin. Turn off any plugins that might be doing this. You can turn them back on after the migration.

Steven, thank you for your input. As I searched in internet about turning it off I read that plugin maybe causing the problem. I logged in to my admin dash board but unable to locate which one should be turned off. I’ll try again further tomorrow. Thank you.
