I have created a Product CPT, and have created a custom schema template for it using RankMath. When I view one of my products, I see a rich snippet at the bottom of the screen wrapped in <div id=”rank-math-rich-snippet-wrapper”>. This doesn’t need to be there, does it? It’s completely redundant to information I have elsewhere on the page. How can I turn it off?

    Hello @nitrospectide,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Please change the Review Location to the Custom(use shortcode) in the template you have created or in the Schema that you have applied to the affected product: https://rankmath.com/kb/product-schema/#num-3-review-location

It will remove the review snippet from the product page.

Hope that helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.

I can not find the Review Location setting anywhere. Not in the Rank Math Schema Builder on the post itself, or in the settings pages.

    Hello @nitrospectide,

Can you please let us know how are you adding the schema to your custom product post type? Are you using our Schema templates or did you use the default schema type which can be found in Rank Math > Titles & Meta?

Here’s how you locate the review location if you are using the pre-made Produce Schema. If you are using imported schema code, you may also let us know here.

Kindly share some of the affected product URLs here so we can take a closer look at them.

    Looking forward to helping you.

I created the schema by going in to the post, clicking through to Rank Math > Schema > Schema Generator in the right sidebar on the post edit page. In Schema generator, I chose the default Product schema, I then selected Advanced Editor, then after customizing, I clicked save as Template, and Save for this Post.

I have not applied the template to all of this product CPT via Admin > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products, because my customized schema template does not show up in the Schema Type dropdown.

Unfortunately, I can’t give you a link, since it’s in a private dev site.
