    You can use the item_title as part of your URL.

    For example:

    https://www.glassdoor.com/Job/jobs.htm?sc.keyword=remote%20writer&locT=&locId=0&locKeyword=&item_title=css_class_name_of_your_title

    You can see and check the css_class_name_of_your_title by inspecting its element.
