How do I use RSS Ground with this plugin?

    I signed up for RSS Ground like suggested and I have no idea how to make this work. RSS Ground seems super confusing and after setting up an EBay search, I have no idea how to get an RSS feed for this plugin. Is there a how-to somewhere?
