How do I use wordpress that is already installed on site

  • Hey there, I have a website on “site5” hosting service. WordPress has apparently already been installed by my webmaster and I can access the site via ftp client and the back end on site5 itself. How do I now manage the site using wordpress? Please any help or guidance to figuring this out would be much appreciated.
