How do i view and old backup of wordpress 2.8 blog

  • Hi there gang!
    i have an old back up of my first blog.
    and i am dying to have a look at it and copy some of it’s content…

    it was originally hosted on dreamhost but the domain, the database etc is all long gone.
    here is a screen shot of the contents of the blog i have on my desktop. is there a simple way to view the blog locally and read through it??
