• Hi, everyone…really enjoy this forum–I’m new to all this, so it’s refreshing to know there are so many nice people out there to help.

I’m using the Phoenix Blue template. Do I have to download a plugin to view how many times people click on my blog?

  • One of your options is certainly the plugin route. You might check out statpress or WordPress.com Stats, for example.

Or, you could use just about any other analytics/metrics option that exists. It doesn’t have to be built specifically for WordPress. In most cases you just need to add a bit of tracking code to your theme’s header or footer.

For instance, I use Google Analytics and just added their code to my theme’s footer file (oh, and of course a quick web search will turn up some more plugins to automate stuff like that ??
