How do i write a page instead of post?

with a custom url? for example on my website https://www.NerdwithSwag.com my post are numbered like https://nerdwithswag.com/?p=102, but i want it to read like this https://www.NerdwithSwag.com/?p=new-cellphone. Thanks for any help.
