    I can see the Requests section on the admin page, but I don’t understand how can users initiate these requests. For erasure requests I can at least add a user manually, but for Rectify data and Complaint there seems to be no option to do so. I expected to see such option on the user account page but I don’t see any new options appearing there after installing the plugin.

    Hi @adamsandor,

    For Complaints or Rectification of data, you can use the shortcodes or php functions to add a form to one of your pages.

    Users usually add the request forms on their privacy policy page so users have a central hub where they can check the policies and make requests.

    After you submit the form, you get a confirmation email, after confirming with the email link, you will see the entry on your dashboard.

    Erasure is the only one that made sense at the time to enable manual lookup.

    Please keep in mind that the shortcodes on the plugin description have the wrong quotes. Replace those and you should see the form.

    If the form doesn’t work for you, please let me know asap so I can further investigate.
