How do we add avatars on this forum?

How do we upload our own avatar on this forum? I looked in my profile settings and didn’t see anything.

Yeah they have to put instructions there or somethin’.

Avatars here are Gravatars. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravatar .

As you can see, I and many others don’t care about it. ?? I certainly don’t want another website knowing where I hang out.
