All of our products disappeared from google shopping.

We disabled and deleted Jetpack 5 times, and your plugin 3 times. And no, we will not contact you via email nor will we provide admin access, so please respond here with how to fix this.

Hello @joyryde ,

I understand having a critical error message is not a good experience.

The error message is pointing us to the Jetpack authorization header error which happens when there is a problem with the Jetpack connection. Th extension requires an active Jetpack connection to function properly.

You’ve mentioned you have tried uninstalling Jetpack. However, I will suggest disconnecting & reconnecting Jetpack to establish a fresh connection.

Also, we have a test page where you can run the Jetpack test: https://your-site-name.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page

When you are at that page, if the Jetpack is already connected, test the authentication to see what does it responds to. Then toggle the connection by disconnecting & reconnecting Jetpack on that page.

This error message seems to be an outcome of a faulty Jetpack connection. Please perform the above action and I believe this error message will also stop once the Jetpack connection is established properly.

It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

All tests on that page, including all Google tests, came back correctly. Here’s the Jetpack result:

The system report is fine, we build Woocommerce sites for a living so we know there’s nothing there to check.

We do see that there’s a setting on this secret page you sent that lets us force an update using “Sync All Products” so we will try that as a workaround for now; we had 4,000 products on Google ads and it suddenly dropped to 0, so we need a quick workaround for now.

Wish you guys had a link to this page in the plugin settings, would save us hours of work every time we have issues, we will bookmark it.

Hi @connor12,

There was a bug in the recent version (1.12.2) of the extension that resulted in fatal errors. The issue was fixed in the latest version 1.12.4. I highly recommend updating to the latest version as that should resolve the issue.
