    Hello,
Our nonprofit recently created a new website – https://HamiltonOutoftheCold.ca. We used your plug-in “TablePress” from the WordPress plug-in list. We clicked on the “Donate” link which took us to your website. However, the US PayPal site, will only accept US states and US ZIP Codes as an address – not Canadian provinces or postal codes. Thus, PayPal will not accept our donation. We are trying to do the right thing. Can you give us a suggestion regarding a donation?
    With thanks,
    TomWilkinson

    Hi Tom,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Thanks for wanting to support TablePress, I really appreciate it!

Are you sure that you can not log in with a Canadian PayPal account there? I remember that I have received donations (in USD) from Canadians, so there should be a way. In the “Country” drowdown, I can also select “Canada”. Just to be sure, do you already have a PayPal account? (In that case, it should be possible to send something directly through the PayPal website (without using that form)).
If it’s not working, would my amazon.com wishlist be an option? I’m not sure if amazon.com serves Canada as well…

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hello Tobias,
    Thank you for your response.
I tried once again and this time when I chose “Canada” from the country drop-down menu (on PayPal), the word “state” changed to “province” and the word “ZIP Code” changed to “postal code” – all of which are Canadian address terms. I was able to make a donation.
With thanks – we have made good use of TablePress on our new website.

    Hi Tom,

thanks that you kept trying! I’ve received your donation and it’s much appreciated! ??
(My assumption here is that the PayPal site had some temporary JS glitches when you tried the first time, but that seems to be fixed now.)

Thanks again and best wishes to your project!
    Tobias

P.S.: In case you haven’t, please rate TablePress here in the plugin directory. Thanks!
