Thanks for the interest in our plugin!

Please uncheck “Structured Data” checkbox on “Product Identifiers” tab located on “Google” page in the plugin’s menu.

I think there is something wrong with the plugin on our website.

When I click “Google” and then “Product Identifiers”, all I get is a completely blank page with nothing on it.

I deleted the plugin, and reinstalled it to troubleshoot:

    1. The plugin failed to remove any of the options in the database upon deletion.
    2. Reinstallation didn’t fix the blank page…

Please enable debugging in WordPress (see https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/) and reproduce the blank page. After that, please share information about errors in the debug log.

It says the plugin uses too much memory for the page to render. Every other settings page of the plugin loads correctly.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 73728 bytes) in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 4755

We asked the host (Hostgator), and they said they refuse to increase the memory above what it is currently set to.

I guess their limit is 256MB

Please follow these steps and check if it resolves the problem.

    1. Install the plugin ‘Health Check & Troubleshooting’ by The www.ads-software.com community.
    2. Go to Tools > Site Health and click on ‘Troubleshooting’ tab. There, you should click on ‘Enable Troubleshooting Mode’ button. Please note that the troubleshooting mode only affects you and NOT your live site.
    3. Once in troubleshooting mode, on the right select Available Plugins and then find both WooCommerce and Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugins there. Enable only these 2 plugins.
    4. Try to reproduce the problem with the blank page.

    OK! Will do now. Thanks!

That was an interesting learning experience, never knew that plugin existed.

The page loads when it is the only active plugin…

Does that mean that another plugin is conflicting with this one?

    Just received this email:

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Customer Reviews for WooCommerce.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.6
Current theme: Universal Store (version 1.0.5)
Current plugin: Customer Reviews for WooCommerce (version 3.140)
    PHP version 7.4.13

    Error Details
    =============
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 292 of the file /wp-content/plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/class-cr-product-feed-identifiers.php. Error message: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)

    Thanks for providing additional information.

If “Google” page loads now, can you please disable “Generate XML Product Feed” and “Generate XML Product Review Feed for Google Shopping” checkboxes there?

    Hi,

The page does not load, it only loads with the troubleshooting mode turned on, and once accessed, none of those checkboxes are active.

Also, we followed your instructions to uncheck the “Structured Data” checkbox on “Product Identifiers” tab while in troubleshooting mode, but because there is no “save” button, once unchecked, the box simply rechecks itself once you navigate away from that page.

Got this error via email again upon activating troubleshooting mode on your plugin:

Can you please enable troubleshooting mode and provide full screenshots (that include all screen elements) of all tabs on “Google” page in the plugin’s menu?

Any update on a fix for this?

We still see the GTIN on the product pages twice, and only want to see it once.

We see one GTIN “ecr-gtin” displayed, and then a second one called “cr-gtin”

Unfortunately, it is difficult to provide an update without having the additional information that I requested a week ago.

Can you please provide full screenshots (that include all screen elements) of all tabs on “Google” page in our plugin’s menu on your website?
