How do we replace sentences that have quotes or commas.

Replacing quotes and commas should work fine. Be sure you’re replacing the character as it appears in the source code of the page. There’s a difference between “regular” quotes and “smart” quotes that have a curl in them. I would also start with matching simple sentences perhaps with a quote, but without a comma and then vice versa to make sure you’re writing a correct matching rule.
