How do you add include php to a page?

    I am trying to add php to a wordpress page via the html editor and it seems to ignore it. Am I not able to add it through the html editor? If not how would I do this?

    I am trying <? include(‘url’); ?> but it doesn’t seem to work.

    I was referring to the non-visual editor, which in all other applications that deal with html, php can be written directly into it. But nevermind, I see that you need a plugin to write php into pages.
