How do you combine main feed and comments into one ?

  • New to wordpress but in my previous MT install I could easily edit the RSS template to produce a feed that combined posts and comments into one something like:

    Post title

    Post content

    Comments (1)

    Comment text

    How can I do this in wordpress – currently using 2.0
