how do you enable e-mail login?

    I checked the appropriate box ( Enable e-mail address login) and attempted to log in with email in place of username but it didn’t work. I tried logging into the standard login form ([theme-my-login]) on the login page and even re-registered after the option was checked but still nothing. Maybe I’m missing something.

    btw the end of the url is like so after attempting to login with email:

    ?reauth=1

    also it only happens when Themed Profiles is enabled. Can’t log in with either username or password with this is enabled.

    nevermind.. turns out there’s nothing wrong with the plugin. It was another plugin that was causing the issue. After disabling plugins one by one I found the culprit. thanks again.
