    Hey,

    Thanks for the screenshot.

So the ‘description’ and ‘more information’ fields in the form editor (and seen in the form itself) support HTML, as you no doubt already know.

Looking at the picture, it just looks like wrongly marked up HTML.

Can you give CKEditor WYSIWYG for Gravity Forms a try?

It’s another plugin I’ve released. The focus of the plugin is providing a visual text editor for the form users, but as an added bonus it also lets you use it in the form editor.

I use these two plugins together to make complicated sets of instructions in my forms. It lets me easily add lists and formatting to the text without having to do all that HTML mark-up manually.

Once you install the plugin, open your form up – you may need to remove the existing text in the infobox and add it in again to clear any bad markup.

    Hopefully it helps.

Yes, it helps a lot! The bulleted list does not work – I just get a nicely spaced list with no bullets. Perhaps my Theme is stripping them. Everything else seems to work

    Hey,

I neglected to say this here – about a month ago, not long after we talked, I released version 1.3.2 that had some changes to better handle bulleted lists.
