How do you get H1 tags in posts?

  • I notice a lot of WP tutorials on YouTube show blogs with have two rows of tools above the post box.

    All my blogs have only one:
    Bold, italic, link, etc.
    And I use lots of different themes.

    How do I get the second toolbar underneath with the H1 and H2 tags please?
