I have the laster version of your Royal Mail live rates plugin. And I’m testing it before going live.

I have a product weight =11.5kg (which is over e.g. RMs’ advertised & Click&Drop’s limit of 2kg. ) Yet the plugin produces rates e.g. :
    1st Class Service:£12.95
    2nd Class Service:£10.45
    Signed For 1st Class:£14.05
    Signed For 2nd Class:£11.55
    Guaranteed by 1pm:£19.45
    Guaranteed by 1pm with Saturday:£26.34
Shipping to & from both destinations in Surrey.
nb. No dimensions are set on the product.

How? Are they ParcelForce rates? (seem a bit! low for PF)

For the same example, your UPS plugin produces:
    UPS Worldwide Saver:£11.99
    UPS Worldwide Express Plus:£46.49
    UPS Standard:£8.99
    UPS Express:£16.99
    Are these correct?

    Hi @gretche,

We’re currently working on the update for the plugin. It will introduce the updated Royal Mail pricing.

I’ll keep you posted on when it will be available.

As for the overall display of those rates, please refer to services and packages available in Royal Mail services guide.

    Cheers,
    Ola

    Hi @gretche,

We have updated the Royal Mail pricing.

    The update is now available.

Because Royal Mail does not have an API, your ‘Live Rates’ would have to be the same as the Woocommerce Royal Mail extension, they have a price table that must be kept updated… is this correct?

BTW, I’m strongly considering your plugin because in trying to setup the one from Woocommerce I have discovered some serious limitations. What I need is to be able to have various box sizes supplied that the plugin will place the items into as needed, and using more than just one box if required, and then calculate the total shipping costs for all the boxes being used based on that. It appears your Pro plugin has that capability?

Does it also work for international shipments by using the Royal Mail and Parcelforce international services we can select like the Woocommerce plugin does?
