How do YOU integrate WP posts with a FB page?

So I set up a blog and a corresponding Facebook page. I now want to link the two together so posts on the blog go to Facebook.

In the past I’ve seen plugins that were specifically meant to do that. I’ve also used RSS Graffiti to do that as well. I’ve heard rumors that certain ways work better than others because Facebook filters out some automated methods of posting and now all your Fans will see your posts.

Is there a preferred way to do this that people use?

If you’re reading this, what method do you use and why? Do you post on your blog and have something post it to FB and that’s it? Do you use the FB Comment system so you don’t have two separate comment lists for each post?

Just looking for ideas and other’s opinions on this.
