How do you limit how many times a person visits your site?

    I am looking for a plugin that will allow me to display a message to visitors that have visited my site on multiple occasions. Something like “You have read 9 of your 10 free articles for the month”. I don’t necessarily want to stop people, but I would like to give them a message after a few visits. Any ideas?
