How do you make Domain Mapping work if it isn't the cPanel root directory?

I haven’t had success in getting domain mapping working because it seems in my cPanel the home directory is /home/mwdoit. When I want the mapping on https://mwweb.me – So when I park a domain in cpanel, it just parks over https://mwdo.it

If I tell the parked domain to forward, it doesn’t map, it just simply forwards to that url.
