How do You Set Up User Email Verification

    What is the best approach to have user email verification for the affiliate program?

    I am using woocommerse and there is no email verification for signup because they need to purchase to sign up for an acccount. What is a way to do an email verification for affiliate signups only using SliceWP?

    Hey @geoffau,

    Thank you for reaching out! We currently do not have an email verification system for the affiliate program. I have added this as a request to our development logs. However, form what I see, we only have a couple other requests for this, besides your own, so at this time I can’t say if or when this feature will be implemented.

    In the meantime, what I recommend, to make sure spam registrations are not an issue, is for you to enable one of the Captcha integrations from SliceWP > Settings > Integrations.

    Then, I’d recommend disabling the “Register Affiliates as Active” option if you have it enabled. You can find this in SliceWP > Settings > General > General Settings. By doing this, all new affiliates will be in “pending” mode and their application will have to be approved or rejected by you.

    This way, you can ensure that only qualified affiliates are approved.
