How do you show the custom post types?

Okay, so I can now get the job links to show on the “Who’s Hiring” page, but when you click on the job link, it is opening up to a new page that shows the job title, but it doesn’t show the full job description.

I’m a newbie to all this. I named the Custom Post Type “Jobline” but the menu nag is named “Who’s Hiring.” That’ wouldn’t cause a disconnect, would it?
