How do you Unsubscribe from this forum?

I made the mistake of subscribing to one post in this forum and now I get 5-10 emails a day that I don’t want. I’ve searched high and low for an Unsubscribe button but can’t find it. Where is it hiding?

At the top of https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wp-discussion-board/ there’s a button to unsubscribe from the plugin.
