  • When using the Google doc viewer code as described above, do you know if google will tag that url for a crawl? More specifically, If I link to a file in a dropbox folder which only I have access to and I use the google viewer link on a localhost server will google see the call to the dropbox file and index it?

    I have found some little pieces of information which say that you can set the permissions of the document you are loading..but Dropbox is outside of Google Docs permission reach.

    Thoughts?

    Could we disable the print and download button?

    Hi Van Pham,

    Thanks for getting in touch! Yes, downloading and printing options can be disabled for separate viewer instance (via url string parameters) or they can be disable for all your viewer instances via configuration in your GroupDocs account.
