How do/can you restrict content in my theme files?

This plugin only protects the content in pages and post.

We don’t have any feature for what you have asked. You would need to be a code to do what you are after as you need code customization.

If you are a coder then you can take a look at the following documentation which has useful functions that you can use:

You would use a function to guard your content so the the content will only be rendered for logged-in members.
