No, you cannot use this plugin for your website’s users, with no social networks, to sign up. Your users should have account on at least one of the social networks enabled in social login.

Our plugin allows users with social network accounts to sign up (and login) to website.
We don’t think there is any plugin that allows users without social network accounts to sign up.
