How does Amin approve new subscriber

    I am using Profile Builder Pro ver 2.5.5.
    When a client registers, they ARE receiving the email with an activation link. When they click the activation link, they receive a message, “Before you can access your account, an administrator needs to approve it. You will be notified via email.”
    As the Administrator, I am receiving an email that a new subscriber registered. And the email informs me that I need to approve the user before he/she can log in!

    But this is where the process seems to fail for me. As the administrator, I am not seeing where I go to approve the new user. I have looked through every module and every setting, but I don’t see where I go or how to approve a new subscriber.

    Since you are using Profile Builder Pro please submit a support ticket because we are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these free forums.

    In order to approve a new user you will need to login as Admin on your domain and go to Users -> All Users -> Admin Approval. Let me know if you managed to approve your users.
