How does download count work?

    Hey there,

    Sorry for my delayed reply!

    We count all downloads that are processed via our URL (by default /download/your-download/). So if the other website links to your download URL, they will count as downloads!

    I’m also wondering how things are counted as the admin page says 17000 downloads but the csv export says 7000, any idea why that would happen?
