I would like to let you know that how our plugin captures the abandoned cart.
Our plugin considers the cart as an abandoned cart of guest users when the guest user reaches to the checkout page and enter their email address in “Email Address” field on the checkout page & leave the site.
For logged-in users, carts are tracked from the time when they add the first product to the cart.
And the same cart is displayed as the abandoned after “Cart abandoned cut-off time” limit under the “Abandoned Orders” tab of our plugin. So we will send the abandoned cart reminder email to that email address after the email template time has been passed. If the user will not enter an email address then we cannot send an abandoned cart reminder email to the customer.
In the LITE version, we do not provide the Sent Emails Tab which can show the record of the abandoned cart reminder emails records. But the same feature we are providing in the PRO version of Abandoned Cart plugin.
