How does one run a cancelled transactions report?

    We would like to run a report on cancelled transactions in Wocommerce using Payfast. How does one run such a report? Does it work with the standard plugin or does one need a different plugin?

  • Hello @kwestfehling ,

    In general, if there is a cancelled or failed order, WooCommerce will show the order details by the order status under wp-admin > WooCommerce > Orders section.

    You can also get analytics of your failed, cancelled orders under the wp-admin > Analytics > Orders section. You have to use the “advanced filter” and then select the order status for which you need the report.

    If you are looking for something else that is only related to Payfast, please make sure you are using the PayFast Payment Gateway extension. You can create a ticket on WooCommerce.com to ask questions regarding this extension.

    Hi Rashed, I cant find an advanced filter anywhere. Do you have some way to share where this is? Does one need a woocommerce add on, an additional plugin to activate such a thing? Thank you kindly
