how does Permanent prayer time for all year work

    Salam alaikum brother

    how does “Permanent prayer time for all year” work?

    I tested it, by uploading csv, where i changed fajr time to another value, and year was changed to 2022. The change didnt got any effect. I then again tried to change the year value to 2019 in the csv file and uploaded it again. Still no change was visible in the prayer time…..changed the year back to 2020 and uploaded the file and now the changed fajr time was visible.

    Iam not sure about that part work …
