    Hi!

    Hope you are doing well. Do you happen to know how the payment is occurring for the events that I am creating? I was wondering how things would work in case one was not able to make it to the event, how would the refund process be optimized? I connected the Paypal account and I am not sure how I would handle that in case one opts out of the event he initially registered and payed for. Would appreciate any help and available resources in this respect!

    Hi there!

    Thanks for providing me with this. I just wanted to clarify the second resource you sent to me. In that video/tutorial that you shared, the speaker shared a great method that should work perfectly fine in my case. However, in the very beginning, she’s starting to by saying one has to kick off the process with the ‘order completed’ page but it’s never been mentioned where exactly we could find this page. Could you fill me in on that?

    Also, I have another question regarding the registration for the events. Once one has to register his account, he has a form to fill out. I am wondering if there is a way for me to create a drop-down type of question for my specific requirements.     You can use this URL https://your-site.com/tickets-order/?tc-order-id={GATEWAY_ID_FROM_LIST} for the “orders completed” page.

    To get the GATEWAY_ID_FROM_LIST, you’ll need to proceed to your event’s order page.

    I think what you’re looking for is a feature from our Event Tickets Plus plugin’s “Customizable Registration Fields”. Please submit a Pre-Sales question to our HelpDesk for further assistance.

    Hi,

    Appreciate the feedback and assistance on everything so far!

    In regards to the payments and tracking down the orders, I will have the client sign up soon and will see what happens.

    When talking about the customizable fields, I was wondering if the option of getting assistance is free of charge or not because it looks to me I am supposed to be having a pro version of the plugin to be assisted. Please, let me know how it works!

    Kindly note that the feature is only available on our premium plugin. If this is not an option for you, then it could also be possible with some custom coding, but if you decide to give that a try, please note we cannot provide full support for custom implementations like that.

    Hi,

    We were able to check on the link you sent to set up an event order page. But the link does not work as it says ‘Sorry but the page you are trying to view does not exist.‘ We tried to click ‘order’ on top but their phone number isn’t in use, I clicked the country tab and it just hung without giving options and no where to hit next. Looks like the business is non-operational. Could you please either send out instructions on how to set it up using the link you provided (?https://your-site.com/tickets-order/?tc-order-id={GATEWAY_ID_FROM_LIST} ) or maybe recommend another company that deals with orders?

    I am not sure if I understand it correctly. Accessing this URL directly will not work, since the website does not exist.

    https://your-site.com/tickets-order/?tc-order-id={GATEWAY_ID_FROM_LIST}

    You’ll need to replace your-site.com with your website URL. After that, the {GATEWAY_ID_FROM_LIST} will also be replaced by the actual value that can be found on the order page. (GATEWAY_ID_FROM_LIST will only be available as long as there’s at least one purchased ticket)

    To your questions, I have a functioning website with the events calendar and event tickets being installed. What do I do to launch an order page like you have on your screen recording?

    Thanks for your response.

    To start selling tickets, you’ll need to set up your Ticket Commerce first. Once it’s all done, you can now then add tickets to your events. You could try creating a test event with tickets and try to purchase one. This should enable the Order link from the Events List page (admin dashboard) as shown in the screen recording.

    Hi,

    The ticket commerce has been applied to the events in the first place and I was able to add ticket options to the event I posted on the site. Will the order link pop up once the tickets start to be purchased?

    I checked once again, and the Order link should appear as long as you have at least one ticket created on your event.

    Order link should be available once the ticket is created to the event. If the link is not available for the event list, you could also try checking inside the event and scroll down to the tickets section, and you should see the Order Page button.

    If that doesn’t help, could you try running a conflict test??I suggest conducting these tests on a Staging Server.
