How does this exactly works? Because right now, I’m placing the test mode and selecting Spain, which I created as a zone and is not working, still shows up the “normal” currency. So wondering if there’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to make this work? Or am I missing something? Gracias Oscar

    Hi,
you must do all test by browsing in incognito mode. WooCommerce stores your country in a cookie, so you need the incognito mode to simulate the first visit to your site.

    Please check the next:

    • You have set Default customer location option to Geolocate
    • If you are using a cache system (plugin or cache via hosting) you must set
Default customer location option to Geolocate (with cache support)
    • If you are running the test logged-in then WooCommerce gets country from user country (or shop base country).
    • Make sure that you are running test on new private window in your browser. WooCommerce saves customer country, and others data, in a session (cookie).
    • The Maxmin GeoIP database have been download. You can check it at WooCommerce system report.
    • For testing as VPN software, currently I’m using TunnelBear.

Hola Oscar, still doesn’t work, not sure if you can go there and based in your country, check the currency on the home page (g30.biz) I’m based in Venezuela and it should be displaying USD, now it is displaying CHF, so not sure what’s going on, can you please give me a hand? Thanks!

    Hi,
Price Based on Country is working:
    (g30.biz/?wcpbc-manual-country=VE)
    (g30.biz/?wcpbc-manual-country=US)
    (g30.biz/?wcpbc-manual-country=ES)

You have a problem with Geolocation by IP. Geolocation is a WooCommerce feature, it isn’t a PBC feature. Check if GeoIP database have been download, you can check it at WooCommerce system report. If you are using a cache system, you must set the Default customer address option to Geolocation with page cache support https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-1

    Regards,
    Oscar.
