How does user update their extra fields w/ Woocommerce?

  • I’m having the same issue too! I’ve manually added extra fields to the woocommerce login/registration page, but it doesn’t save the extras to their profile.

    After searching on stackexchange, I found this plugin and thought it would save the info from the extra fields. It doesn’t seem to do anything except what charlie said – change fields from the admin.

    Help anyone?

    I’ve just set up the plugin and I have customised various elements of the WooCommerce account pages.

    When ADMIN logs in, all the custom fields are correctly displayed.

    When any other user logs in, they see THE CUSTOM ADMIN FIELDS, not their own.

    I am not using multi-site WP.

    Please look into this.

    I have a similar problem. Users are unable to edit any of the options on woocommerce my-account page. Any extra fields I add with this cimy plugin to only the registration page, do not show up on the my-account page but I get errors if both password fields are blank. I also have a checkbox for agree to terms before registering which causes an error saying it needs to be checked but it does not display on the woocommerce my account page.
