How earn an amount of points in Ranks?

This looks like an issue with the Learndash integration (the unique add-on that outputs a percent field on this type of forms)

Let me check It to this this issue from the add-on

About the issue of you are not getting the rank requirement awarded, have you got this amount of points after or before create the requirement?

No, it’s not related to LearnDash addon (although I use it).

I do not understand why there is a percentage field and how to make it work.

The % field comes from the LearnDash integration and it should be visible just when you choose as activity trigger the activity by complete a quiz with a minimum grade percent

field “percent” is no more.
But I have a problem with ranks (even if the learndash addon is disabled). They are not accrued, if the requirements – “earn an amount of points”.

Have you read the rank tutorial?

Ranks workflow is similar than achievements but with the difference that ranks have a “hidden” requirement that an user needs to meet to start completing any rank requirements: The user needs to complete first the previous rank.

If you setup any requirement of the first created rank (or in rank with the lowest priority) then requirements will not be awarded, just from the coming ones

Also, user will earn just requirements of next rank, but just of the next, requirements on higher rank will not be awarded until users reach the previous ranks

I have several problems with ranks.

1) Ranks are not assigned. For example, I fulfill the condition and receive a letter:

Congratulations 234!

You completed the requirement “Comment on a post 1 time” of the Мои уровни 2 2 уровень!

You need to complete the next requirements to completely reach this Мои уровни 2:

Comment on a post 1 time

the rank does not change from the first to the second.

2) Does not work requirements “earn an amount of points”. Nothing happens when I get points.

Your issues should be fixed now!

Also, I removed the limit fields when activity triggers are based on earn points or reach a rank because is a bit confused

Several problems fixed.
But still does not work requirements “earn an amount of points”.
I get points, but the ranks do not come.

Try to remove the rank requirement and add It again

GamiPress has a caching system to speed up internal checks

Before the release I was checked this action specifically and It worked for me

I reinstalled the site again. Activated only one plug-in GamiPress.

Added rank 1: “no requirements”, rank 2: “earn 20 points.”

Added achievement: publication of the post gives 10 points. I published 3 posts and got 30 points. The rank is not given.

Finally the bug was fixed!

I checked the same setup as you have and now everything is working, you need just update to release 1.3.2.1 and check again to earn an amount of points

I tested it and I was upgraded to the next rank on publish the second post (when I got 20 points)

I changed the access details of this account to prevent that anyone access to your site with admin privilegies but i recommend you to never share access details here, always send it to our email directly
