how easy is it to incorporate 125×125 advertisements?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been looking around for a theme that could work for my next project. I was looking at Thesis and stumbled to Atahualpa. Why not go free if I can? ??

I’m a programmer but I haven’t dealt with WP too much. I have a local environment setup in which I can do all my testing. I can look for plugins, download them, etc. So I know the basics.

My question is: has anyone had to incorporate advertisement into their Atahualpa theme? Esp. those 125×125 banners on the right-most side?
